Extended Warranty
and Service Agreements

All equipment installed comes with the manufacturer's warranty, and a 90 day to one year labor guarantee (varies by equipment) from Phoenix Mechanical.

Most manufacturers require annual maintenance by a qualified professional on their equipment to maintain the terms of the warranty. Skipping annual maintenance, or doing yourself may void the terms of your warranty.

A well maintained system will operate more efficiently, and is less likely to break down.

If you have not been having the annual maintenance performed on your heating or cooling system, or have considered skipping a year to save a couple extra Dollars, it could cost you much more in the long run.

Protect your investment with annual servicing.

For a couple extra Dollars a months, you can have peace of mind.

Service Agreements
With a Service Agreement, you prepay for annual service
(at a discount) for your heating and/or cooling system.

Extended Warranties
Extended warranties are available on most of our equipment.

Extended warranties can be customized to fit your personal needs and budget. They can include parts only, labor only, or both parts and labor.
