2/23/10 Online Shopping and Email Reminders coming in March!
Beginning in early March, Phoenix Mechanical will offer two new services.
A reminder to check your furnace filter will be sent to your email if you choose to particate.
Online shopping will be available from our website. We will begin with furnace filters and expand the selection of products to choose from. Filters will be shipped directly to your home.

2/16/10 50% Tax Deduction for Solar Attic Fans!
We just learned Indiana residents may deduct 50% of the installed cost of a solar attic fan from
Indiana income taxes. This will reduce your taxable income.
It also qualifies for the 30% Federal tax credit.

2/04/10 Loyalty Rewards Program!
A bonus for our customers! Earn 2% rewards points for everything you spend with Phoenix Mechanical.

2/04/10 Indiana Energy Star Rebates have begun!
As part of the Federal Stimulus bill passed last year, Indiana has received $6.1 million for Energy Star appliance rebates.

Indiana has chosen heating and cooling appliance for our rebate program.
$300 for furnaces
$150 for air conditioners
$500 for air source heat pumps
$1,000 for geothermal systems.
Rebates can be combined, although a maximum of $500 per household, except for geothermal.

This is not a tax credit. Rebate checks will be sent to you from the
State of Indiana in about 4-6 weeks.
When funds are exhausted, this rebate program will end.
Take advantage of it while funds are available!

2/19/09 Federal Tax Credit Former limit of $2,000 has been eliminated
for Residential Solar Hot Water Systems and Geothermal Systems in the
new Stimulus Bill signed into law on 2/17/08!
What does that mean? Homeowners can now take a FULL 30% tax credit
on their systems! [Subtitle G, Part 3 (Sec. 1622) ]
