HURRY!
The Indiana Energy Star Appliance Rebate
began Feb. 1, 2010 with
a $1,000 rebate for a geothermal system.
Indiana received $6.1 million in funding for this program. First come first served, when funding is exhausted, the rebate
program will end.
This is not a tax credit, the State of Indiana will send you a rebate check in about 4-6 weeks after installation.

Harness the earth's energy for heating, cooling, and even hot water
to save up to
50% - possibly even more - on your home's heating and cooling bills!
Nothing compares to the efficiency of Geothermal Heat Pumps!
New Federal Tax Credits are available to homeowners for 30%
of the total installed cost with no limit.
Businesses qualify for a tax credit
equal to 10% of installed cost,
with no limit.
State & local incentives are sometimes available as well.
Residential, Business and Commercial sizes are available,
from 1/2 to 25 ton units.
You can heat and cool your home or business using the world's most plentiful resource, the earth!
By harnessing this stable renewable energy source, you can get economical year
'round heating, cooling and even domestic hot water heating using the Earth itself for heat transfer.
A perfect application for radiant floor heating. Pool and spa heating can be incorporated as well.
In Northeast Indiana we benefit from excellent ground water resources - the Great Lakes. Our ground water remains between 52 and 55 degrees year 'round.
Because the system uses the stable temperature of the earth, it is only
transferring heat from one location to another, not burning fossil fuels
to create heat. As a result, approximately
three to four units of heat energy are produced for every unit used!
In other words, for every $1 spent on electricity, you receive almost
$4 worth of heat, or almost 400% efficiency! With a traditional 80% furnace, for every $1 spent on fuel, you receive about 80 cents worth of heat. The other 20 cents worth of heat is lost through the chimney.
In the Winter, heat is absorbed from the water or the ground and transferred
to the heat pump where it is distributed by the air handler.
In the Summer, the heat pump extracts the heat from your home,
and transfers it to the earth.
There are two types of Geothermal systems, closed loop and open loop.

Century Geothermal
You can select Century Geothermal Systems with confidence because we back our geothermal equipment with industry leading warranties and technical support.
A company you can count on for quality.
Century has been keeping homes comfortable for 75 years. Their first products
were gas and oil fired furnaces, and added air conditioning to
their product line 50 years ago.
Century is a division of Heat Controller, Inc . of Jackson, Michigan
The Century name may be new to you, but their tradition of dependable products, backed by outstanding warranties, has stood the test of time.
Our two stage models are among the most efficient heating and cooling systems available today, with EERs as high as 29.1 and COPS
as high
as 4.8.
The two-stage design allows the unit to run at 67% capacity most of the time to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level. When there's a demand for greater heating/cooling (such as during temperature extremes), the unit automatically and instantly changes to 100% capacity. This part load/full load capacity significantly lowers annual operating costs while increasing comfort.
In addition to the full load/part load operation, a variable speed blower motor adds to comfort and efficiency with a multitude of operational modes. The blower motor automatically adapts to all applications.
